Booking terms

Exclusive Party: deposit, payment, changes, cancellation and rules.

These terms apply to birthday bookings at the miniFU playground inside FU Café (Puerto de la Cruz) made on or after 19 October 2026. By booking in our online calendar you accept them. The Spanish version prevails.

1. The Exclusive Party

  • The playground is just for your party for two and a half hours: Monday to Saturday from 16:00 to 18:30, and Saturday and Sunday from 11:30 to 14:00.
  • 10 to 35 children. The adults have a reserved space on the FU Café front terrace.
  • Minimum spend €250, deposit included. Everything counts towards it: the children's menus and whatever the adults order at FU Café.
  • The party in the playground ends at 18:30 (or at 14:00 for a morning party). After an afternoon party, the playground reopens to everyone at 18:45.

2. Booking and deposit

  • You book the date in our online calendar. The date is held for 48 hours.
  • Within those 48 hours you pay a €100 deposit, online (PayPal or card) or at FU Café. The booking is confirmed once we receive the deposit.
  • If the deposit does not arrive in time, we contact you and give you at most 24 more hours. After that the booking is cancelled and the date becomes available again.
  • The deposit is deducted from the total.

3. Details and changes

  • Send us the party details (number of children, menus, extras and allergies) no later than 10 days before.
  • You can make changes up to 4 days before the party. After that no changes are accepted and what was booked is charged, even if fewer children come.
  • The €250 minimum spend applies whatever the changes.

4. Prices and final payment

  • Menus are charged per child, including the birthday child's menu. Friday to Sunday and on public holidays, €2 more per child. The DIVER-NATUR menu can be made gluten-free for €2 more per child. The other menus have no gluten-free option.
  • The rest is paid at the end of the party at FU Café, in cash or by card.

5. Cancellation

  • If you cancel 15 calendar days or more before the party (day 15 included), we refund the deposit by the same payment method.
  • If you cancel less than 15 days before, the deposit is not refunded.
  • To cancel, email contacto@parqueminiFU.com or message us on WhatsApp at +34 682 214 010, with the name and email used for the booking.
  • Documented cases of force majeure are considered individually.
  • If we cancel the party, we refund the full deposit. There is no other compensation.
  • As this is a leisure service for a specific date, there is no right of withdrawal (art. 103(l) of the Spanish consumer protection law, Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007). These cancellation terms apply.

6. Extras

  • Characters, magician or clown and piñata must be booked at least two weeks ahead, subject to availability. Prices are on the birthdays page.
  • Extras are paid with the final bill. You can cancel them free of charge up to 4 days before the party; after that they are charged.
  • The piñata comes with the filling included, without confetti. No confetti or glitter.
  • Families can only book external services with our prior agreement, and only for services we do not offer.

7. Food, drinks and allergies

  • Only the birthday cake may be brought in and, in the case described below, the food for a child with an allergy. All other food and drink comes from FU Café. The cake and anything the family brings is the family's responsibility.
  • The drinks in the children's menus are for the invited children. Adults order from the FU Café menu.
  • We give you written information on the 14 allergens in each menu. Ask for it when you book or with the party details.
  • If a child has an allergy or intolerance, tell us in writing with the party details. We tell you clearly what we can prepare for the child and whether there is a risk of contact with a specific allergen.
  • If we cannot cater for an allergy safely, you can bring the food for that child. That food is the family's responsibility.

8. Playground rules

  • Our team looks after the children in the playground. Parents or guardians remain responsible for their children throughout the party.
  • Children stay in the playground area and at the assigned tables.
  • On the terrace there is no running, no picking up stones and no climbing on the boat or the stage. Please keep the noise moderate for the neighbours.
