Visiting this website

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (United States). When you visit it, the server automatically records technical data such as your IP address, date and time, the page visited and your browser. We use this data only to deliver the website securely and to detect errors or abuse. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a secure, working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Vercel acts as our processor; the transfer to the United States is covered by the safeguards of the GDPR, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

The fonts are served from our own server. We do not use advertising tools, and we use analytics tools only if you accept them.

Statistics with Google Analytics

If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland), to understand how the site is used. Google receives usage data such as the pages you view, the date and time, the page you came from, your device type, browser, language and approximate location (country, region or city) and clicks on the WhatsApp, phone, email and booking buttons, together with a random identifier stored in a cookie. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store your IP address. We only see aggregated statistics: we do not know who you are and we do not use this data for advertising. Google signals and ad personalisation are switched off. If you do not accept, Google Analytics does not load.

Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time under "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page, without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. Google acts as our processor. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the United States, which participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; the European Commission's standard contractual clauses also apply. Birthday bookings

The booking calendar on the birthday page is our own booking system, hosted on apps.fu-ia.com. If you make a booking, we process the data you give us: first and last name, email, phone, date and time of the party, estimated number of children and their age range. We use it to manage the booking and to contact you about the party. Legal basis: performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Availability and bookings are managed with Google services (Google Workspace), which act as our processor. When you open the calendar, your browser loads the availability directly from Google (docs.google.com), so Google receives your IP address; no Google cookies are stored. Children do not provide personal data on this website. Bookings are always made by parents or guardians.

If you tell us about a child's allergies or intolerances, this is health data. We use it only to prepare the party and the food, with your explicit consent when you give it to us (Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR). Only the team and kitchen staff who need it can see it, we do not use it for anything else, and you can withdraw your consent at any time.

Contact by WhatsApp, phone or email

If you write to us or call us, we use your data only to answer your request. Legal basis: your request and, where relevant, preparing a booking (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). When you use WhatsApp, WhatsApp's privacy policy also applies.

Links to other services

Links to Instagram, Facebook, Google Maps, the loyalty card (take.cards) and fu-cafe.com lead to third-party websites. Their privacy policies apply when you open them. Events such as the Halloween party are booked on fu-cafe.com.

Retention

We keep booking and enquiry data for as long as needed for the party or the enquiry and then for the periods required by law. Technical visit data is kept only as long as needed for security reasons. Google Analytics keeps usage data for no more than 14 months.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of processing and data portability, and you can object to processing. Write to info@fu-ia.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

We do not make automated decisions or create profiles with your data.
